other in their group, home and away. Three points for a win, one for a draw and no points
for a loss. The winners advances to the semi-finals while the runners-up of Zone A and
Zone B play the winners of the Caribbean Group Two and Three, respectively, in the
Caribbean Third Round play-off for a place in the semi-finals. |
